SMEx is one of the capacity-building initiatives for SMEs in Thailand, operating under a framework of collaboration with government agencies, educational institutions, and partner organizations. The program aims to elevate SMEs' operational efficiency, enhance cost competitiveness, minimize environmental impacts, and adapt to climate-related regulations.

Partnering with Four Leading Organizations to Drive SME Competitiveness along with Sustainability

• Collaborated with Chulalongkorn University to provide training on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on cost optimization and sustainable resource utilization, with participation from over 100 SMEs.
• Worked with the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO) to assess organizational carbon footprints (CFO), with 25 suppliers successfully available in CFO registry, in preparation for future climate change legislation.
• Partnered with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) to enable entrepreneurs to access funding for green business operations.
• Collaborated with the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) to support entrepreneurs in utilizing digital innovation technology to enhance efficiency, productivity, and costs competitiveness.
