i The level of traceability reported here is production unit (plantation plot or fishing sources). The reported information covers key raw materials procured by Bangkok Produce Merchandising Plc in 7 operations including Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, India and Laos, as well as the food business’ key raw materials in Thailand and Vietnam operations. The Company’s five key raw materials include feed corn, soy, palm oil, cassava, and fishmeal.
Through its comprehensive agro-industrial and food system, the Company’s supply chain is interconnected with diverse groups of suppliers and service providers. This creates opportunities to enhance operational standards and develop innovations for mutual growth. Nonetheless, the complexity of the supply chain can present challenges in ensuring compliance with regulations, relevant standards, and the expectations of stakeholders concerning environmental, human rights, labor issues, and business ethics.
Promoting a sustainable supply chain is therefore a key mechanism for managing risks, reducing negative impacts, and achieving tangible positive outcomes. This not only strengthens transparency and resilience for the Company and its suppliers but also plays a vital role in driving a business ecosystem that enhances competitiveness and supports a sustainable food system.

The Company believes that driving the mission of "Ensuring Food Security through Sustainovation" must be based on responsibility throughout the business processes of the Company and its suppliers. Therefore, it integrates sustainability issues into the procurement process to promote the delivery of products and services from suppliers that not only meet "quality" standards but also encompass comprehensive management of "Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)" factors. The Company has systematically developed a framework for managing a sustainable supply chain and has established goals for responsible sourcing of key agricultural raw materials. This ensures that the operations of the Company and its suppliers are aligned on the path toward sustainable development, ready for long-term growth together.
