The Company promotes sustainability in the operations of its suppliers through the Sustainable Sourcing Policy and Supplier Guiding Principle, which encompass four main aspects (4Ps): Product and Service, People, Process, and Performance.
The Company regularly reviews its policies to ensure alignment with the evolving context and sustainability expectations, while communicating these updates to all suppliers in Thailand and Vietnam who have procurement contracts. Additionally, the Thailand operations provide training on the policy through e-learning, allowing suppliers to acknowledge their understanding via an online system.

To ensure that the implementation of the policy among suppliers leads to tangible results, the Company continuously enhances the capabilities of purchasing staff. All new purchasing employees are required to undergo training on the Sustainable Sourcing Policy and processes, along with regular knowledge reviews. This approach enables them to integrate sustainability practices into the procurement process effectively and provide appropriate guidance or support to suppliers in accordance with the established guidelines.
