Vietnam Operations Strengthening Supplier Capabilities: Adapting to ESG Standards and New Regulations

In 2025, the Vietnam operations implemented a project to enhance the capabilities of business suppliers, focusing on improving knowledge of ESG standards and sustainable governance. This initiative is aligned with preparations for changes in labor laws, aimed at strengthening the supply chain.
Training on ESG-based Sustainable Corporate Governance was conducted for 80 key suppliers from 11 supplier groups. Additionally, the Outstanding ESG Performance award was presented to 5 organizations with exceptional performance.
A Focus Group Training session was conducted to provide knowledge about the new social security law in Vietnam, which will take effect in 2026. Over 153 suppliers participated in the event to ensure preparedness in accordance with the changing labor regulations.
