A leadership development program based on the entrepreneurial mindset concept is implemented to prepare employees for development and to systematically strengthen managerial skills. Under this program, a Project Sponsor is assigned to provide advice and suggestions, to guide rather than direct, while developing employees by providing opportunities to demonstrate their potential and offering support without imposing conceptual or operational boundaries. The Sponsor is also responsible for monitoring progress, dedicating time, engaging deeply in the work process, and learning together with the team, together with Coaching or Mentorship, as well as transferring knowledge, expertise, and experience from executives and subject matter experts.
