Sustainable Community Water Management Project
Protecting Our Climate

The Company recognizes that communities near its key operational areas need reliable access to sufficient, good-quality water. In 2024, the Company partnered with the Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII) to support and strengthen community water management in Tha Yiam community, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, based on the initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (Rama IX). This collaboration is intended to build long-term, sustainable water security for the community.
Progress in 2025

Community Capacity Building
- Disseminating concepts of community water management following the royal initiative.
- Utilizing information technology to monitor water conditions through the Thai Water application.
- Developing water mapping and water balancing plans.

Needs Review and Action Plans by the Community
- Establishing a community water management committee in Tha Yiam Subdistrict.
- Collecting data to collaboratively address issues related to water management for consumption, domestic use, and agriculture, and setting action plans accordingly.

Youth Camp "Learn, Unite, Restore the River" (Year 1)
- Instilling concepts of community water management based on the royal initiative.
- Engaging with youth from 6 schools, totaling 80 participants.

Clean Drinking Water in Schools
- Providing clean drinking water production equipment to 6 underserved schools, benefiting over 1,000 teachers and students.
