The Company is committed to managing employee health and safety, including the careful management of working hours and overtime. The Company strictly implements employment and labor management policy to limit overtime and to ensure that overtime work occurs only when necessary. Employees are required to work no more than six days per week and no more than 48 hours per week, in accordance with working time regulations applicable under local labor laws. In addition, the Company provides annual holidays and leave entitlements, granting employees the right to annual leave, personal leave, sick leave, parental or dependent care leave, and other forms of leave, at levels no less than those prescribed by law and with appropriate compensation. In the event of employment termination, the Company strictly complies with labor regulations, including providing advance notice as required by law, to ensure that employees are able to prepare for transitions in their careers and personal lives.

In addition to the HR-eXp system, the Company has implemented Worklife Time, a time management platform designed to enhance convenience and transparency in the management of working hours, leave, and overtime for daily-wage employees. Employees can record clock-in and clock-out times, review their personal information, and submit various requests through the application in real time. All data are automatically integrated with the payroll system, reducing manual paperwork, improving accuracy in compensation calculations, and increasing operational efficiency.
