Strategic Workforce Planning
The Company prepares for future business needs by forecasting long-term workforce demand, analyzing required skill sets, and developing human resource development plans to ensure that employees possess the skills and capabilities aligned with corporate strategies and business plans. This approach also enables the appropriate allocation of personnel in accordance with the needs of each business unit, supported by continuous evaluation and ongoing refinement of workforce strategies.
Expansion of a Flat Organizational Structure and Modular & Agile Working Model to Overseas Operations
The adoption of a flat organizational structure, together with the promotion of Modular and Agile working practices, enhances decision-making speed, reduces approval layers, strengthens a culture of open communication, and fosters an environment of transparency and mutual trust. These factors collectively improve organizational agility and operational efficiency. As a result, the Company has expanded this working model to its overseas operations, covering 65 business units in China and 18 business units in Vietnam.
Support for Job Rotation in 2025
The Company promotes career growth and continuous capability development through two types of job rotation programs:
- Internal Job Rotation (Internal Resourcing) This program enables employees to gain in-depth understanding and multi-disciplinary skills through diverse work experiences. Through Opportunity Day, employees are given the opportunity to apply for internal job rotation positions that align with their interests. The program also encourages employees to plan their career paths, develop individual development plans, and continuously enhance their capabilities through the CPF-ImRu learning platform, which is accessible at any time. In 2025, a total of 537 employees participated in Opportunity Day, through both online and offline formats.
- Strategic Job Rotation (Strategic Rotation) This program focuses on strengthening the capabilities of high-potential employees (Talent Successors) to prepare them for future leadership and organizational growth. Job rotations are designed to address specific business needs through BU-driven rotation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. In 2025, 467 employees participated in the Strategic Job Rotation program.

Career AI Program
The Career AI Program is an intelligent assistant platform designed to support employees in career path planning by leveraging employee insights and job profile data to conduct skill gap analysis. The platform recommends personalized career development pathways, including both vertical growth within the current career track and lateral growth across different functions, based on each individual’s interests and potential. It also provides tailored individual development plans to enable targeted and continuous skill development.
