Digital Program
Digital Programs are offered at three levels—Basic, Standard, and Advanced—with more than 800 programs available to employees at all levels.
Managerial and Leadership Development Program
The Company builds leadership capabilities at all management levels, focusing on stronger people-management skills as well as business knowledge and understanding of the organization. Training is designed for five groups: senior executives, middle managers, junior managers, professional supervisors, and operational supervisors. In total, the Company offers 140 leadership development programs.
Technical Skills Program
Since 2021, the Company has established Technical Academies within each business unit to create a standardized learning system across the organization and to develop employee capabilities aligned with job-specific competencies. In total, 122 professional disciplines are covered.

Technical Knowledge Management Unit
The Company has established 85 Knowledge Management (KM) units to develop specialized expertise within each business unit in alignment with operational requirements. These units serve to build an effective knowledge management system that enables knowledge to be leveraged and applied to enhance work performance, while also acting as a critical knowledge base to support future innovation.

The CPF Fundamental Program serves as a mandatory foundation curriculum for all employees, covering corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability strategy, the CPF Integrated Value Chain, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Moreover, CPF provides CPF SHE&En Standard to employees at all levels including contractual, part-time, and temporary employees to ensure they understand workplace safety requirements, potential occupational risks, and safe working practices. This reflects CPF's conviction that every individual who contributes to organizational success — regardless of employment classification — deserves access to meaningful development across the entire employment lifecycle.
