Initiatives and Highlights
Business Transformation Program
In partnership with the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University, the Company designed the Business Transformation Program to develop high-potential leaders who can drive organizational change. The program has been run continuously and is now in its fourth class, with 36 executives participating in each class.
The program strengthens leadership capabilities and essential business skills through hands-on learning. Key topics include strategic planning and the practical use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) in business operations. It also combines classroom-based training with study visits to leading global companies. Throughout the program, participants receive ongoing coaching from senior executives and are assessed through a 360-degree evaluation system. Projects that meet the evaluation requirements are approved for further implementation in real business operations.
